GHRP-2 is a synthetic hexapeptide and ghrelin receptor agonist widely considered the most potent growth hormone releasing peptide by peak GH output. Compared to GHRP-6, it produces a cleaner hormonal profile with less appetite stimulation and moderate rather than pronounced cortisol and prolactin elevation.

How to Use

GHRP-2 at 300 µg produces approximately 5–7 ng/mL peak GH serum concentrations when injected in fasted state; combined with CJC-1295 (300 µg simultaneously), peak GH rises to approximately 15–20 ng/mL. The 10 mg vial provides approximately 11 days at 300 µg 3x daily, making 8–9 vials necessary for a full 12-week cycle at maximum frequency.

Potential Side Effects

Side effect incidence tends to be lower than with exogenous hGH because GHRP-2 stimulates endogenous GH synthesis within physiological regulatory limits. The eight-month pediatric study by Mericq et al. reported no side effects or toxicities at any dose level tested.
